# Bahi

> Bahi is business-analytics software for small and mid-sized Indian businesses -
> distributors, traders, manufacturers, a single company up to a multi-company
> group. It reads the accounting system or ERP a business
> already runs - Miracle, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, ERPNext, Oracle
> and others, connected and configured during onboarding - and turns the data
> into decisions: receivables to chase, dealers to call, stock that earns. Every
> figure reconciles digit-for-digit to the source register (Indian digit
> grouping, April-March financial year).

Key facts:
- Pricing: two plans, per company (one legal entity), billed annually, prices
  exclude 18% GST. Bahi Desktop Rs 9,999/year is the full app on ONE
  computer the customer owns (macOS or Windows, single-system licence), data
  stays local. Bahi Cloud Rs 19,999/year is
  everything in Desktop plus a private managed server per business (hosting,
  backups, updates, monitoring) and the Progressive Web App on any device,
  phones included.
  Cloud includes 10 team members, with additional users at Rs 799 + GST per
  user per year. Both plans include a 30-day free
  trial on the customer's own data.
- Deployment: a single container per business. Self-hosted, it runs on hardware
  the customer owns; on Bahi Cloud, each business gets its own server and its
  own database - isolated by design, never pooled across customers.
- Access: invite-only, passwordless (magic-link) sign-in; per-person, per-company
  grants. Read-only by construction - Bahi cannot write to the accounting system.
- Product screens on the site show sample data from a fictional demo business.
- Getting started: demo-led (30 minutes); Bahi is set up WITH each customer -
  we connect the data source and configure the mappings during onboarding.
